Clean up the uncraft recipes for hand grenades, landmines, and 40x46mm grenades.
Clean up the landmine recipe to use more military components.
Clean up the smoke grenade to use more military components.

Fix the wildly inconsistent use of grenade, canister, armed, active, lit amongst explosives.
